INTERNATIONAL PENSION PLAN TEST

Plan Information

We have introduced this Retirement Savings Plan, administered by Zurich International Life Limited (Zurich), as an important part of your total pay and benefits package to help you save for the future.

To be effective, a Retirement Savings Plan should offer a number of key features.

This Plan provides these key features as well as online access and administration. It also enables you to remain in and continue to contribute to the Plan regardless of your location while you remain an Employee.

Within the Plan you will have your own ‘Retirement Account’ and within your Retirement Account you will have separate sections (policies) for the contributions we make (Employer contributions) and any contributions you make (Employee contributions) into the Plan. Your contributions will be deducted from your salary and paid directly to Zurich.

Further details relating specifically to your Plan can be found in the Employee Guide, which can be found in the library section of this site
